The wrong color
Some of the designs that were released last week had an incorrect color assigned to the labels on the contact form. This issue has been fixed on all of them. We apologize for the problem.

Last weekend we released many exciting new things here on Net-at-hand. We won’t list them all here for you, but you can read through the newsletter we sent out announcing all the new things.
If you have not yet tried out Net-at-hand, there has never been a better time.
We are getting close to releasing exciting new things on Net-at-Hand.
There are going to be new features, new designs, and new pricing plans with much more value for the money. Stay tuned to see what is coming.
If you haven’t already signed up for an account, go ahead and we will send you an email when everything is up.
If you are using a sub-domain of net-at-hand.com for your website’s address, you can use netathand.com as well. Any web address that does will be automatically rewritten to net-at-hand.com.
This makes giving your website’s address over the phone much easier. For example, net-at-hand’s help site is located at help.net-at-hand.com. Rather than having to say something like “help dot net dash at dash hand dot com”, you can simply say “help dot net at hand dot com.” When typed in this will be “help.netathand.com”, but it will be rewritten automatically as “help.net-at-hand.com”.
We no longer have a 1 megabyte size limits on files that are uploaded to net-at-hand. For example, if you had an image file that was larger than 1 megabyte, you would likely have received an error.
This is no longer the case.
There is now a single button to attach an image to a page or post. One page will let you attach any image that you already have in the system or upload a new one for attachment.
We did this to simplify things a bit—cutting two buttons down to one. However, the real reason to cut things down was to make room for a new button that will soon be placed along side the old one.
The new button will be used to attach any file type to a page or post. Attaching files will allow you to make those files available for download. For example, if you have a newsletter that you publish periodically, rather than pasting the newsletter into a web page, you could attach a pdf of that newsletter to a page and share it that way.
We will say more about this feature when it is available, so check back here soon.
There is a known issue with Firefox when trying to upload an image as an attachment. Images are uploaded fine when added to albums.
We are looking into the cause of this issue.
[update on 9/3/07]
The upload issue for Firefox has been fixed. It should give you no further problems.
There appears to be an issue with passwords “being forgotten” from time to time. The situation arrises when a password that you had set and used previously no longer works. We are looking into this issue to see what is causing it, so we can get it fixed.
Until this issue is resolved, you can simply reset your password and change it back to what it was before. Since this issue happens very rarely, it may be some time before we are able to track it down. Please let us know if this happens to you by filling out the contact support form when logged into your account.
We are sorry for any problems this may cause you.
UPDATE, 11/07 – The bug that was causing the password issue has been fixed, and should not cause any more problems for anyone. I apologize for the trouble it caused those few who dealt with it. Thanks for your patience.
